We’ve answered our most common questions to make booking your outdoor rental easy and stress-free.

You’ll need a flat, level outdoor space and access to Wi-Fi for streaming. We handle the rest.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date and is returned after equipment inspection, provided no damage occurs.

Yes! We arrive early to set everything up and return after the event to break it all down—so you can relax and enjoy the night.

Packages include a large inflatable movie screen, projector, sound system, and professional setup. Some packages also include seating. Add-ons are available.

If weather becomes an issue, no worries we've got options! You can reschedule your event with advanced notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new date. We can also move your setup indoors with our indoor movie screen. Safety, we do not set up in the rain unless there is a covered space available.

Yes. A Roku streaming device is included, but you’ll need to log into your own streaming accounts.

After your deposit is paid online, you can either pay in person on the day of your event or receive an invoice by email one week prior to your event to pay the remaining balance online.

You have the option to pay with credit/debit card. Bookings are first come, first served and require a deposit to secure event date.

We will arrive approximately 1-4 hours prior to your scheduled event start time to set-up equipment.

If a rental item is lost, the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Customers are still responsible for any permanent damages, and any missing or broken items will be charged to the customer at full replacement cost.

We cannot guarantee your booking date until we receive a deposit.

You do not need a license if you’re showing movies in your own backyard or home. You do need a license if you plan to show the movie in a public setting. Moonlight Outdoor Events does NOT provide licenses and are not held liable to public viewings conducted without a license.

Moonlight Outdoor Events only provides the setup; you would be responsible for securing the license for viewing from Swank.com.

We understand plans change. Please be sure to call us as soon as possible at 985-205-3751. Our deposit refund policy is: 21 days or more before your event: Full deposit refund • 15–20 days before your event: 50% deposit refund • 14 days or fewer before your event: Deposit is non-refundable.

Events within a 10-mile radius of our service area are not charged a delivery fee; events outside of the 10-mile radius will be charged a fee of $1.50 per mile.
